Developing sets of functional customer specifications for process technologies

Because we need to adapt our findings to the technical terminology used in the technological presentations in the reports, it is necessary for us to build a bridge to other engineering disciplines. To this end, we compare the measurement results and specified data for product quality and apply technical parameters and operational limit values to them.

The data are then clearly summarized in a set functional customer specifications and assigned a sequence by priority, so they can form the foundation for technical optimization units.

The customer uses these specifications sets to define the specific requirements for their product to the vendors. This enables the customer to refer to the necessary technology with precision.
